hey there, i need to put this writing down in mylot, since i cannot find the solution for my problem right now.. i also wandered if anybody here happened to experience the same thing.. i got my computer formatted thanks to a virus from some stranger's email, and after i got it back, it seemed normal again.. but everytime i do browsing, my mozilla and internet explorer will crash after some hours browsing.. i try to observe several times, it seemed to crash everytime i open some websites with i don't know, like had a flash player or etc.. for examples, style.com or justjared.. suddenly the pop-up appear and said it crashed.. oh and i also thought it might be because i opened too many tabs? a friend said it might be the version of both browsers are not compatible to my computer, and suggest me to upgrade them to the latest version.. i did, and it still crashed.. :( does anybody have a clue about the problem i experiencing right now? thanks for the respond.. :)

IE is always crashing, that's normal for me cause lot of people experience that. I'm not surprise if this happen, don't bother with this.... About Mozilla, I think chait had answer your question a lot. I just want to add little bit. Did you reinstall your OS with the same setting as before? If you don't, maybe you miss something like updated software...plugins or so... Do you check your hardisk? Maybe it corrupt, or had some defect sector... If all okay, then virus may became the possible cause... Happy mylot..and good luck!

I think it's some registry problem, as someone suggested. Try reinstalling Mozilla( after removing it properly)... maybe that will solve the problem. Amusingly, I have opposite problem right now. My browsers are working fine and the windows explorer keeps crashing. Life is not so easy now a days....

hei hora_fugit.. :) hahahaa, your last words made me laugh.. your windows explorer crashing, could it be because of your space is too full and didn't give the computer system enough free space to perform ? well it also happened to me before, and the computer technician said that to me.. :) thanks for responding by the way !

It happened to also. I called a technician to fix it. He said that I have too many files in my PC and the memory can't cope with it. What he did was to transfer other files to my extended drive, delete those old files no longer needed and reconfigure the system. It has been 6 months and my Mozilla hasn't crashed again.

That was I also experienced in my computer home. I really like using IE but since it since to slow. I changed to mozilla, its not that slow but I would end up keep on updating it. Sometimes I would always go back to the same page.

Already tried uninstalling your Mozilla and installing the latest version? My Mozilla is lagging and then crashing, I fixed it by uninstalling the old one and installing the updated version, deleting cookies and search history can help you fix the problem if you already update to latest version. Just follow this steps: 1. Go to tools 2. Choose "Clear Recent History" 3. Choose "Everything" PS. This will remove all the cookies, but it works for me. Hope I helped somehow. Cheers!

I had the same problem. I was using IE and had no problems for years then it started crashing so I changed to Firefox and after a few months the same thing. Last month I changed to Chrome and have had no problems with it yet. I shallbe watching the responses to see if someone gives you any suggestions.
