My job

Now I want to be very clear. I am very thankful to have a job. Also, I am very thankful to be able to spend time at home with my husband working on our land. There is just such satisfaction and sense of accomplishment which I don't get from working at work. That work is very stressful. It has nothing to do with peace. When I walk into work my emotions change drastically. It is upsetting and there is much pressure. It never used to be that way, but with the downturn of the economy it has changed. I need to sit and basically try to meditate to bring the aniety down and relax. If anyone has suggestions for this please be so kind as to help.

I know that feeling. One job i had, my defenses went up and if i was angry (about anything, home, kids) before i got there i was fighting mad when i left. Yet, another job i had, icould go in fighting mad, but when i left i was not angry anymore. Why i really do not know. I am the same person but the people around me were very different.

It drives me crazy. I walk through that office door and I may as well have been kicked in the butt. It is difficult to keep things organized and remember anything. When people come walking towards me, it makes my blood boil. It is like go away and I want to run. Man it is difficult!

Just hold on, it should get better. Have you been at this job for long? I had a program that allowed me to set up daily, weekly and monthly goals. Entered jobs to do, when due and it would show me where i was headed and how much time i needed before it was due. It sure helped. Which department are you in?
