Is FB considered a publication?

Im writing up contarcts for the mosels and such that will be in the fashion show Im hosting for charity this coming summer and I need to know if I put up pictures on the FB page the charity has that I wont get sued because they signed a contarct that includes that we "can use any images captured" in "any publication" by the chairty.

The "any publication" clause should cover you, but if you want to be absolutely sure, then just include a simple clause in the contract that says that the images captured can be used on the internet as well.
