Tortilla wrap recipe-cornmeal replacement?

Hi guys, I am a huge fan of Mexican food and trying to make my own tortilla wrap. But I can't seem to find the main ingredients, which is cornmeal/polenta. Been to baking shops, hypermakets, organic food supplies but they don't usually sell cornmeal. They never even heard of cornmeal before. My question is, do you guys think that I can use crushed cornflakes instead for replacement? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
