Hi i looked outside my window a few weeks ago to find a Robins nest . she layed 3 eggs and 5 days ago we had little babies and i looked online and it says they leave the nest in 2 weeks . i have been watching and taking pictures. I see mom and dad feeding them. my question is do these Robins stay in this area or do they move on. i notices some other birds increasing to my feeders this year as well. i would guess they lay once a year

Oh that is so cool, I hope you share these pictures. I never got to see a nest with eggs from beginning to end like that, usually I see the eggs broken on the ground after the babies hatch..

I don't know the answer to your question about whether the robins stay where they are or move on. They have to find food in the winter, so I guess they move to a warmer area to find it. Congrats on the photo of the babies in the nest - it's a good one!
