Home Remedies for dry calloused feet

I have dried calloused feet. It all started when I was taking up Taekwondo during my Highschool days. When I reached college, I walked the streets of Sampaloc with my trusty flip flops. The streets are dusty and very uneven. I wear leather/synthetic leather ladies shoes for school and now for work. How do make my feet soft and moisturized again? It bugs me cause it looks really ugly! Help!
