vacuuming twice a week only says experts

how many times do you sweep or vacuum? i read it somewhere on the net that it is suggested that we do this twice a week. i think it is where i was searching for articles on how to maintain a house clean. now, to prevent allergies this is also suggested. you would think that one should sweep everyday but this wasn't the tip as it is said some dirt can give your immune system a boost.
you, how many times do you dust, vacuum or sweep your floor?

Uh-oh...my home is swept and mopped everyday...except when I'm not well or we are out of town. But it does get dusty very quickly especially in the summer.
In India, we can't avoid sweeping everyday...it gets dirty quickly unlike a closed environment when I grew up in the Middle East...where though it is much dustier than in India, we would need to vacuum the home only once or twice in a week.
