What do you think of Paypal Hacks?

There are lots of Paypal hack advertised on the internet. Do you believe that you can really get money? Here are some of my thoughts 1. If anyone can really hack Paypal, would they go around telling everybody??? Why don't they just transfer everything onto their account? More likely they are trying to steal your money from your paypal account. 2. Wouldn't there be repercussions? I would be scared shitless just worrying about if anyone is going to know about it and well, ask me to give back like 10 times or something. Please fell free to add any points.
