What techniques do you do to help you sleep?

I usually do exercise followed by a nice warm bath to help me sleep. Sometimes I use milk to sleep. I sometimes read to sleep. I sometimes go online. I sometimes listen to music. What techniques do you do?

Usually I just sleep at the time I am used to sleeping, like for me is around 1-2am. Although it is a bit too late. To help me sleep better, I usually turn on the sound of rain in my computer, they have it online too. Its called rainymood.com

Normally when its to to get to sleep , i dont actually need to do no exercises to help me sleep , because most of the time when i get back home , i have a verry bussy scheduled dayz and i come back pretty often kind of tire , so all i need to help me sleep its a good warm shower and a glass of milk every now and then , i turn on the computer and search for different tv-shows streaming , like Crime Scene Investigation , or i'm checking my Poker Forum to see if there are any new poker related Home made Movies , from Pro online Players , and i put the sound on Mininmum and here comes nighty night time Have a nice day dear Joedollarhuat

It is not hard for me to go to sleep. As I worked hard all day long, as I came back to our home get tired then I fall asleep soon. During my rest day I sat in my favorite bench turn on desk fan to me and then I fall asleep.
