Starup a good idea into Business?

If you have a good idea to be developed int a business. But you have limitations in funding, and manage employees knowledge. What would you do ?

If i have to faced this problem, then i will invite some of my friends to invest their money and also to manage the operational. I see you come from Indonesia, dud. So, you must be familier with "Koperasi" Believe me, that a great thing.
