What's the purpose of giving colored star in Mylot?

Hi friends,
What is the purpose of reputation in mylot. I think there is no use with it. Because if we get more responses and if our response was quality, we will get money for our work. There is no need for reputation in Mylot.What you think about it?

Honestly I don't understand myLot reputation system it must be nice to have a star there so my target is to have some. I will forget earning here and just enjoy the discussion with fellow myLotters. I will learn more thanks to this important questions and helpful answers.

If i was ranked as No.1. Then i was starting a discussion and if i receive more comments for my discussion, i will earn more. Thats what i am saying there is no need for reputation.

hell0! are you sure about that, because here in this interest i am rank as No.2 and Idon't get money for the comments of the others. I know that we got only paid for that what we type, not for what others type!

yeah, we got paid higher if we have a high reputation, and only to that what we have typed :)
