hi adeena, I agree with that study. Vitamin E has many good effect for our body. IT focuses more on our body cells and regeneration. Our organs are composed of many cells that become tissues and organs when mature. So, if you take Vitamin E and other healthy vitamins supplement for the body, and prevent taking toxic substances for the body, then the possibility to have many illness problem is lessen. This nutrients and other vitamins helps fight free-radical cells which cause many illness like cancer, infections, diseases.. So, if Vitamin E replaces old cells, then the chance to fight fast aging will be achieved.
