Anyone here having problems with Bayantel service lately?

Our Bayantel Phone is bundled with DSL internet and since Bayantel has no service in our area (EDSA Kamias) for the last 2 days, I can't access the internet from my home, I have to rent in internet shops or patiently deal with my sun wireless broadband with almost no signal and with very inconsistent connection. All our neighbors are having the same problem and we can't even connect to a Bayantel hotline using our cellphones as their hotlines nos. were also inaccessible. In short we have no idea what's going on, is there someone here having the same problem? All I need to know is when will their service resume? All my work involves using the internet and I don't like going out in internet shops which are usually filled with noisy kids. I hope someone can shed some light about this.

Try 4G. I also have sun broadband and smart. But both are giving me speed of only less than 1 kbps. And many times I have no signal. According to 4G, it is more reliable because its cell site is not servicing cellphone customer. While sun and smart is serving cellphone users and internet user at the same time and not capable to handle both users at the same time.

hi superspidy, are you talking about the tribe 4g? the newly lauched 4g internet? My neighbor is already using it and it's really fast. I really want to get that one because of the good feedbacks, BUT we have an issue with it's 32ft. antenna tower which is literally hanging over our heads at present, it was constructed illegally on the rooftoop building of a methodist church just beside our house and part of it are in our property so we might file a case against them soon.

i dont live in the philippines so im not sure what its like there but maybe the internet service that ur using is out of service maybe just temporarily but i suggest that u should switch ur internet service to a internet service that is better than the one u have been using.
