Their are a bunch of websites that let you download movies for free. Lime Wire, kazaa, bittorrent,utorrent. Now if you just want to watch movies online I would recommend http://watch-movies.net.in/

I say thepiratebay.org to get utorrent from here:www.utorrent.com After that you go to thepiratebay.org and search for the vid you want to see.
