what can we do if our important dates are gone?

okay.u know,there are lots of important stuff in our computer.im not sure if this happened to u,but it did to me.my computer got a virus,and some important dates were gone,then it took me a while to work it out.theres a software called
EASY RECOVERY PRO which can help u get the dates back.

There's another software called Power Data Recovery - which helps to recover files deleted

there is a data recovery software which you can get on filehippodotcom. It will retrieve most of your old data, but it does not recover large media files like movies and other large files. Pictures and documents can be easily recovered using it. You have to search for it on this website

Hi,
I don't use recovery softwares even if my important data are lost. This is because I believe these softwares actually harm the hard disk, as they dig deeper into the cluster level of storage. Even some recoveries come up with some data that is either not readable or completely corrupted. The best solution for this is to keep redundant data, that is to keep back up of your data at regular interval. Thanks
