Have you upgraded your personal PayPal account?

I'm afraid to click on the upgrade link at the PayPal website. Does anybody know how much it costs to upgrade from the personal account to the business account?
I have just started using PayPal and have even received payment from GagaBux recently. I'd like to expand my use of PayPal so I'm interested in the business account.
I've read somewhere that it doesn't cost anything to upgrade from a personal PayPal account. But I can't seem to confirm this info in PayPal's website. And it seems, PayPal made a lot of changes in their website recently.
Can somebody please provide first-hand information about the upgrade?

I sometimes wonder what's it like to become an upgraded member in Paypal. I haven't done that so I am a bit curious about it.

The upgraded PayPal account is less likely to get restricted. That's why, as early as now, I'd like to upgrade so whatever money I have there will be safe. How many transactions per month do you receive in your personal account?
