Why I Don't Like Movies in 3D (And why you should too)

I stumble upon this article this morning http://www.newsweek.com/id/237110 . And I actually agree with the writer, because I also feel the same way after 2 or 3 times watched movies in 3D goggles. Basically it's more expensive, every movie is basically already "3D" and not so different at all when you watch a regular movie. It's even better to watch regular movie not in 3D since you can get sharper image instead of lining up planes just in order to see depth but low quality in contrast. So what you guys think about this

I haven't seen 3D movies till now, it's a little expensive for me. But I think it's very intersting and vivid from the intrudction on TV.

I've never really been a fan of the whole "3-DIMENSION!" gimmick. It's just ridiculously expensive and adds nothing to the film. Being forced to wear the glasses is uncomfortable because they do grow irritating after a while, especially if the film is particularly long, and after about 5 minutes, I often forget that the film is supposed to be 3-D. Although I guess it does help the cinematic industry fight against illegal pirating, which is a plus I guess.

Considering how long 3D has been around it is still interesting how many teething problems that it still has. Though love it or hate it, in the cinema there is a difference between 2D and 3D, at home with a television and DVD player it can be annoying. The thing is 3D has the novelty approach and being 'new' they can charge more, and since most movie producers are feeling the pinch, it is not surprising they are trying to make a little more. The only cinemas that make a huge difference are the 'interactive' cinemas, they have different names and things they do, things like moving chairs mostly, but they are fun, the thing is these are normally very expensive and limited.
