Who is better in your eyes Hard worker or Smart worker?

Nowadays we are seeing so many persons rather than working hard just they will use their mind by working smartly. But in previous days people use to work hard and they will get good result in their work. But now it is completely different rather than working harder you can reach your work goal by working smarter. So what you think about this, who is better in your eyes Hard worker or Smart worker?

Both workers are good in their own individual way! It is worth to keep in mind that the smart working have developed together with the general technology but some 3rd world countries are still beheind and therefore dont have that many smart workers, but they work hard.
