Im just going to enjoy my vacation at home with my family. This is the time of the year where in you can give most of your time to your loved ones and catch up with whats happening in their lives too. So that you wont be aloof to them most of the time. You can also use this time as a bonding time for each other too

Its a public holiday in my country. Unfortunately my wife has to drive her mother to a hospital appointment and I have to give a helping hand in house chores, Thus I won't have much spare time but I will try to take my son to a playing field where he can play with his cousins.

I wish I can go home to my original province for it is
fiesta there so with the next days. I want to associate
with them after a long time far from there because of
family and work. Still sad I cannot go there election
here is fast approaching then my presence is highly
needed. I just let my family in the beach go early and swim
with fun so that our busy days will be fine and released
the tiredness.

To be completely honest, my family really didn't do anything on May first. We had torretial downpours off and on all day, so it was the perfect day for us to do nothing but stay at home and watch television or play on the computer. I even forgot to watch the Kentucky Derby, I think that was the first time in my life that I have failed to watch the most famous horse race in my entire life. Nope, there really isn't a holiday about May 1st for my family.
