Where i can find cookies?

Friends its really head ache for me to find where exactly the cookies areeeee..... I am trying from past half an hour i am unable to get this cookies folder and also please tell me where is this temperary internet folder, so that i can clear all the details because my internet got too slow now. PLease help me to clear that one please

it is on firefox ooption... select the cookie

You can delete all the temporary files, internet history by using CCleaner ( a free software). Temporary files location - C:\documents and Settings\[User Name]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
