Unhealthy habits that can age you by 12 years!

Have you heard about four common habits that can age you by 12 years,that's smoking, drinking too much, inactivity and poor diet?, researcher said. Do you have any of this habits?

yeah..I've heard of that--I read it in Yahoo recently. Well, I don't really smoke a lot- been trying to quit, i don't really drink too much either, and I always do chores- so I am not 'inactive' and poor diet..not sure, I eat healthy food though- so I guess I also have a healthy diet..

Habits have to be chosen before getting habituate3d. Many people blindly start a habit either to show off of to enjoy of that.But do not understand he consequences to be faced in the coming future. Only after being attacked a person thinks to quit that bad habit. I just don't understand that even an educated person gets into this trap. Any how I am luck enough for I am not in the list provided by you.

well i don't smoke(i always thought it was a dumb habit to start),i rarely drink, and i've really changed my diet over the years to a more healthy lifestyle. i think i could be more active physically which shouldn't be a problem since i'm losing weight and will besure to keep it off.

Nope I don't drink, smoke and have a fantastic vegan diet. I could do with more exercise as most of my work is in front of a computer but am pretty lucky at the moment with regard to everything else.

First on the list will be smoking. With all the chemicals on it that is medically proven to be harmful to ones health. It makes a person look older beacuse the smoke makes the skin dry and once it gets the pores of your face, it will soon result to sogging of your face which will then result to you looking older.
