Ohio State is a good school. I don't know too much about it's vet science program, but the school itself is fantastic.
Cornell, UC Davis, Virginia Tech, and University of Missouri are all good schools that I looked at when I was looking at going into vet science myself. You also might want to see if you can duel major in management or business or something that will help you in opening a zoo.
One thing you'll want to look at, if you want to open a zoo, is if the school offers programs with exotic animals, not just your standard cats/dogs/horses/cows.
You'll also want to see if you can work at zoos to learn how to run your own. I know Disney's Animal Kingdom offers internships. I'm sure normal zoos do as well.
Good luck!

Thanks for the list of schools..I really needed some to look at. I didn't think any college would have animals like that...But I will see. Because that's the type of animals I want in my zoo..I also want a crossbreed of animals..(ligers]..Something people would like to see. Is Vet Medicine means the same thing as Vet Science?

My daughter and her hubby both went to Ohio State University to become a vet. It's a great school for that! Texas A&M is also good and highly reccomended with it's accredation. Both of those schools are in the top 10 for veterinarian training. A zoo?! Too cool! Good luck, I hope you get your dream!

JoyfulOne: Thank You! I will be sure to look up those schools! I've been trying to find some schools..Again Thanks!
Zurijak: WOW, that was kind of long...lol. But it was very ispirational. Thanks. If I decided further my education and open up a zoo...would you like to be an employee there??
