How to do to help others

I mean how to do so that can real help a peoson. I saw someone who looks very sad ,at that time he lost relative and bother for many things . Many people lke he. For them ,they don't need money and we don't what he real need. So what can we do for them?

Sometimes it's best to just leave them alone. All of us can self-cope and so can he. Sometimes it's the best help we can give to a person.
