my friends are dissing american muscle cars...help! / myLot

just this evening, my friends and i got into a heated discussion about Japanese cars and American Muscle cars. Maybe it's because we just finished watching the 'Fast & Furious' movie. i personally love a good strong engine and the power of muscle cars, especially American muscle cars. I'm running out of points to defend it so I'm turning to my fellow myLotters. please please help me! give me some good points and i'll just shove it to them. maybe that'll keep 'em quite..

Try a web site called muscle car club dot com. It should have some interesting statistics.

i just checked it out, and i used a stat or two and got blasted back by my friends about how more 'efficient' those Japanese engines are....*sigh* it's like a losing battle here.... help!
