hello there, oh... have you chose the right high heels for you? Because there are shoes that will really "kill" your feet if it doesn't fit you "feet" right. Hehe.. The heels is also important, choose the one that will support your all your wieght and will not give you a hard time to balance your walk. I also wear shoe stockings sometimes.

If you are wearing some closed high heel shoes I suggest that you wear a foot sock. It will help your feet relax. If you wear an open toe shoes, I think there are also some open-toe foot socks available for you. You will be better on it if you do wear it a lot. Keep on practicing and it wouldn't hurt when you get used to it.

which part is the forefeet? there is a little spandex band that is worn around the feet for shoes hurt the feet. but walking in high heels is all about practice. the more you do it, the easier it gets. maybe, on ur spare time, on a spare day, wear high heel shoes and walk around the house, like a runway model. maybe put a book on top of ur head for balance. try to distribute ur weight evenly on ur heels and toes. watch runway models videos on fashion sites or in malls. and try to copy their walk. these models have to wear very high heels as part of their job, even though they don't normally wear it in their real life.

That's pretty much normal. Sometimes different kinds of heels can alleviate some of the pain. Try shoes with a wider heel or even platforms. Those might hurt you a little bit less.

actually, im wearing wider heel with platforms. maybe i just need time to practice more? i just think it is very hard to walk gracefully as other girls. is there any recommended brand of high heels that most people think is less painful??? or if wearing high heels, we must tolerate and try to get used to the hurt?

what I did was to do it slowly. It's good when you get to sit down most of the time. What I do was I wear slippers to school/work then change into my heals before I enter the building. everytime I exit the building, I change back into my slippers. Then when I'm used to this, I will increase the time that I am using my heels, like when I go out for lunch, I dont change into slippers. When you're getting the hang of it, wear your heels to work or go home while in heels, but bring you slippers, just in case you cant take the pain anymore.

The trick is to walk on your heels. Shift your pelvic bone forwarda bit, back straight and put the wieght into your heels. It feels wierd for awhile, but will improve your ability to walk in those high heels.

Hello. Same here. I'm also not used to wearing high heels. I'm a fan of flats - slippers, sandals, sneakers, rubber shoes, etc. I find it awkward wearing and walking in high heels. I feel like I'm gonna slip over and embarrass myself in front of people. I just prefer to wear them in special occasions, and when I do, I just try to be calm and confident when I walk - just like wearing flats. I always watch my step, just to be sure.
