what is the best way to improve the quality of sleeping?

I always pay attention to my breath on bed before sleeping. Just experience,not count. And I have never feel insomnia. An other good habit I have is drinking a cup of water(about 200mL)when I wake up in the morning everyday in doder to help intestine exclude body waste. Do you have more better way or habit to share with us?

YES. breathing properly is most often very very helpful in restoring one's health to normalcy, and giving all the peace and happiness required for an individual in this fast paced world. and, you seem to be a NATURALIST. you have presented all the important practices that are helpful to humans. It is a pity that these practices are being looked down upon, and not adopted to one's life. Drinking adequate water, wearing climate-suitable dress, eating properly digestible food. etc. Good to hear
