zumba baby!

Hi I haven't done that DVD but, I do go to a class each week. Zumba is great fun as it combines two of my favourite things which are music and dance. Like you I love the rockstar move.

So I gave in and bought the DVD set and have been using them for a week or so and I can totally feel the workout even though I can't see any results yet, I know, I know its too early yet. I haven't tried the sculpt and tone yet, gonna try it next week. I have to recover from the basic disk first! I am enjoying them so far, thanks for the recommendation!
