do you click ads in low paying sites when you dont have referrals?

hello guyts , i wonder if there is any person who clicks ads in low paying sites. for eg donkeymails,sometimes its frustating clicking 100 ads for earning 1 cent isnt it?is there any person who does so. what is best strategy to make maximum out of such sites?
