Due to a recent downsizing my team had to let go of 3 people and I had to suffer a bit of depression towards the end of April.
My team's morale has gotten better though after the departure of these so called problems. To me they weren't really problems, just people in need of a complete 180 degree turn.
Too bad they were deemed not fit to continue. except for one who voluntarily left for school purposes.
So tomorrow the rest of my team is going out for breakfast to get to know each other again and bond a bit.
oh well, i guess alcohol will be present i just hope it ain't going to be too much
Oh may! I hope this'll be the best month for me and my team
they're all good people, even those who left. We really just need to show everyone what we're capable of

We all know how it is except very few people, losing your team members who you have been able to get so close will certainly devastate sthe morale of the team as the eagerness and will-power to do things right without plunging into pitfall will now be quite tough. You and the rest of your team members have a made a good choice to spend some time out and re-ignite the bond but remember the reason why you people are out there, it's to encourage each other and share supporting words like without your former team member you can still be good at what you do. Do not get drunk but seriously you need to have this drinks to get the pain of losing those former members out of your head and face the task ahead. All is well and God is in control.

Good for you, atleast you are surely safe. Have a wonderful day and how are your team people coping with the lose of other members ? Hope you have started to move on ?

It seems that you are the manager or the couch of your own team. I just wonder what you are trying to deal here such as sports, call center agents, social groups or a certain organization. However, no matter what you are trying to deal with which is either to win or gain something for good then I wish you good luck.
