i would say drink more water and just watch your weight. i doubt there is a specific exercise that will reduce the chin. you would have to do an all over weightloss. but good news is that people usually loose weight from their face first! :)

i think exercise is the only cure , i too have an anoying chin which came after i put on weight in pregnancy.only thing you would have to be very dedicated to the exercises as it could take some time.

There is one exercecise for that you have to insert of the check inside your mouth and stay for 2-3 seconds and then release.

Messaging under the chin can firm things up a bit. Take your thumb and forefinger and knead under your jaw like you're making bread.
