Are you a person of planning poorly?

Are you always indecision or irresolution? I mean do you spend your first hour at work wondering what you should work on today? So many people, when they leave their office at 4 to 6 pm, really have no clue what they are going to do first thing the following morning. It's quite prevalent. I am one of them, but I do think that everything needs a plan, and making plan advance is a good habit.

I'm usually quite a systematic person and I would always note down the things I need to do for that day and for that week. So I would usually get into working mode immediately after I started working. However, I dislike having to stay back to do work which some employers actually like their employees to do even if they know they can complete their work on time.

yes, sometimes I also feel there's hesitation when starting a job. In fact, I often felt there was no way I want to accomplish when starting a job
