Are Helium paying rating bonuses now?

I have articles published on Helium and I think that it's a good writing site. I logged in a few days ago and I was pleased to notice that my earnings had increased quite quickly, it was a pleasant surprise. I guess they have changed some things on their site including the payment system. This is why I'm wondering now, are they paying rating bonuses? What have your experiences been with this and do you write on Helium as well? If this is the case then I am inclined to increase my rating activity as well as writing new articles. Andrew
