well friends please help me in solving the problem about pay pal account.if i dont have credit and debit card then how will it work???what is the fees annualy for this account?if i have made premium account then what will be my expenses for the year??

If you do not have a debit or credit card you can used your paypal account only after you have accumulated some money in your account (i.e earning money online) or you can directly link your paypal account to your bank account. There are no annual fees for premium account, but there are fees for transaction. For purchase , free to pay and upto 2.9% + 0.3 USD to get paid. For personal transfer, free when the money comes from paypal balance or bank account and 2.9% + 0.3 USD when the money comes from a debit card/credit card/paypal credit.
