Means my saying is do you like to work in a company under so many persons or having an individual business.... because i am searching for a job in a company and there it is very difficult to get select and after selecting it is very necessary to make adjustment with higher officers and with colleagues. But if you have a own business what ever it is then you will be having freedom you can go at any time to your company or office or else you can work by sitting in home itself. SO which one you like most Working in a Company OR Having Own Business.....

I work for myself and I prefer that. I would probably make more money working for a company but this way I have flexibility. I care for a parent, and a teen ager. I need the flexibility.

i like working more for a family business, for ourselves. I know what i am capable of doing, i know that i am industrious and i know that with this, and a little bit more of patience and people handling skills, i would be able to grow my business well. I am currently working for a company, the pay is good, but the tax is too high and the income is too fixed for me, i barely get an extra and for that extra to come to my payroll, i will have to work on extra hours and get an OT for it as well. What i am saying is that when you work hard for your company and work as hard for yourself, and your company chances are, you will have more income when you have your own business.

Working for myself every time. At the moment I do both, and I hate working for someone else. Not because it's working for someone else, but because I don't get to pick my co-workers at the company I work for. And we have a troublemaker where I work, who I would personally fire in a heartbeat, but the bosses won't do anything about. Now, working for myself I love. I pick my hours, I decide what to work on, when to work, when not to work, and my employees are fantastic. We don't just work together, we also play together and have a lot of fun doing what we do. That just doesn't happen in a corporate environment too often.

Both careers have its share of ups and downs, diadvantages and advantages.Personally I want to have a business of my own but since I have no money to start a company I would just be contented with my work in the company, but hopefully, I can save some money to start even a small business someday. Another thing to consider is a good timing in business. In recent years financial crisis is one of the concerns of people in the business world and having to start with a wrong footing in business I think is not a good idea. Try to think first what type of business you want to establish and your financial resources before starting anything, so while waiting try to enjoy your job first in the company.

Your response quite different, if a person want to have a own business then he should know those ups and downs, advantages and disadvantages. Really nice by seeing your response. I will pray to god that soon you start your business again and you get succeed in that. God bless you. Thanks for your response.

It's better to gain experience by working in a company or under a really good boss. When you think you're ready, put up a business. And of course, you can always do both when the time comes.

Yup but rather than getting a good boss if you get bad and worst means who always hates people and won't allow any bodies performance on the picture. Then what you will do and how you will get good experience from that?

Nice thinking, you are right first we should have some what experience in company so that we can lead our business easily. But it is not for all i think, Because some people won't work in company but still they achieved their goals by doing own business. Any way thanks for your response. Happy mylotting.

I guess, i would like to work in a company first before starting my own business. i would like to experience how is it like working in a company, following orders from the superior, meeting deadlines, doing presentations, working with different kinds of people, having lunch with the officemates, earning salary, getting 13th month bonus, enjoying benefits, etc... once i have saved enough money, i would put my own business and make it profitable... i would like to have a bar/restaurant or gadget shop...

Early in my career definitely work first for a company. I need to develop discipline and work habits that would mold me into becoming a better entrepreneur. At least it's good practice as well when you work for companies you develop relations with different personalities.
