Hey myloters! Exercise is a really important part of health, so how often do you exercise? Once a day? Once a week? Never? Also, how do you exercise? Do you walk? Jump rope? Do aerobics? Run? Tell us! I try to exercise every day, but usually I wind up exercising once every two days or so. I usually go on walks or dance to music. I try to keep my exercise sessions up to 30 minutes to an hour. How about you?

before, when i dont have an online job, my day would not be complete if i could not play badminton since i am a badminton player myself... that would take about 3 to 4 hours a day.. i used to play during 6 pm until 9 or 11 pm... i bring with me a lot of extra t-shirts and shorts... playing badminton is so enjoyable and now that i am working online, i miss playing badminton...

I actually do exercise everyday but nowadays, I am getting a bit too lazy to do excercise. I first do cross trainer for half an hour and then I do some aerobics for half an hour again. And I do this excercise in the morning as a cardio exercise because cardio excercise is important too. Then, in the evening, after soemtime having my lunch, I do 1 hour brisk walking and then 15 mintues of aerobics. And for me personally as I am kind of used to these exercises, I feel alot benefitted from it. And I really hope that once again I start doing exercise.:)

Hubby and I agreed to both get dogs. He got an American Bulldog and I got a miniture pom. We decided to get the dogs not only to have pets but also for exercising as well. We take the dogs for a good walk after supper in the evenings and stay out for at least an hour. The dogs enjoy it and so do we. We won't take them when it's wet out though. When it's wet out we don't go for a walk so we lack our exercising time. Take care

I try to exercise daily at least for 30 minutes and that starts with the walk to office. My office is around 1.7 km far and I go by walk and come by walk. There after I go to gym and do some other exercise for 30 Minutes. Sometimes its just walk and everything else does not come true. I am looking forward for swiming and will start soon because that is a good exercise I enjoy.

i plan to exercise everyday but alternate in going to the gym and yoga. for the gym: i focus on the tradmill, crunches, and weightlifts to tone my thighs arms and abdomen area - usually 30 minutes to an hour. i do yoga more on flexibility and time fir relaxation and meditation as well. for yoga i use two videos: yoga for women, around 1-2 hours; the other the "power yoga" 30 minutes only but boy it is a workout. i have that tendency too to lag and be lazy but i promised myself that on my birthday (last monday) i will be more committed to exercising.

For the longest time, I walked about 3 miles every day. It would take me about 45 minutes to an hour (yeah, I walk fast). Lately, though, I haven't been able to because of joint pain associated with Lyme Disease. Hopefully I'll get an effective treatment soon and be able to get back to my normal self.

I'm an exercise videoholic!!! I love doing exercise videos. They range from 15 min's up to 90 min's. I also run and am doing the 200 situp challenge which is online. I exercise some daily. If I'm not doing a video or running then I'm wearing my pedometer to be sure that I get in at least 10,000 steps that day. Since beginning exercise 2 years ago I have become much more energetic. I led a sedentary life before that for at least 20 years!!! It's a great and healthy change.

well i exercise everyday about 10-45 mins somewhere in between. i downloaded some workouts from www.exercisetv.tv specially the once uploaded by enviga. its great and the main thing is u must do some activity cycling is good and walking or running is best. but must not run faster than your body cant handle. its a myth that only working hard will make you healthy and fit.

I am a runner. I am only running between 10 and 20 miles a week but hope to build up to 50 miles a week this summer. I also do 10-20 push-ups and sits up each morning and night. Then two nights a week I attend a TaeKwonDo class. I also have to practice the moves in between classes.

I have to be honest.... I don't exercise... though I do walk about 10 minutes going to my pick-up point for work and then another 10 minutes when I'm being dropped off. I tried to psyche myself by buying CDs which will allow you to get moving but I have not bought them yet because I know for myself, I'm not going to do it. I need a motivation to start exercising again... :(

Walking in the morning for approximately 30 minutes, an exercise which is very easy and cheap. Almost every morning I do it. To workout in the fitness center almost two times a week.

i exercise everyday (or at least i try to and so far i've been doing well). i used to take walks in the late afternoon but now that it's summer i've taken to walking in the early morning before sunrise. it's a lot cooler and the air seems fresher. i walk for about 50 min or so and when i get home i do stretches, some yoga postures. i find that this routine helps to keep me energized for the day.

Hiya allyoftherain, I own a dog, so I walk for around 90 mins a day but as I love exercising I also use the wii fit plus, I recently bought myself a power plate and I have an energym flex stick. At the age of 48, I want to become stronger and fitter as it helps your mood and your health. I also love the idea of being able to beat up any young muggers who may think that attacking a defenceless old lady is a better idea than going out to get a job. Hee Hee Hee, can't wait for that bit, I may start to do Karate too.

hi, I managed to do exercise once every week due to working and family commitment. And that usually during my off day.I joined a gym club ,so normally go for jogging and cycling session.I do some light weight lifting as well but the tummy just wouldn't go away. I guess being able to exercise once per week is always better than no exercise at all.Oh yeah,i go for steam bath as well.

I exercise whenever I can, so it depends when I am available. I jog and brisk walk. I usually do that for about 5 laps or more, if I don't feel tired.. ^^
