if we could go back and rename the animals..what will you call a zebra?

if we could turn back time...all the way to the point when animals were being named, what would you call zebra, a lion, and a monkey? i'd call the zebra a 'stripey horse'... a lion a 'powder puffy big cat' just imagine the usage - 'All pedestrians must use the Stripey Horse crossing when crossing the street.. or 'the Powder Puffy Big Cat is the king of the jungle!'.. hahaha...so what would you name them if you had the chance? thanks & happy myLotting!

Let me see here, sweetie. I would call a zebra a pinstriped cushion. A monkey, a funky junky. The lion, i have no freaking idea. TATA.

I'd call the zebra a "pyjamaron" (obviously because it looks like its got its pyjamas on)... a lion could be "regalmane" and a monkey "Swingyscreecher"... tho' I think we should keep the word 'zebra' so that they have something to put on the z page in alphabet books.

hehehe...you're right about the z page for the alphabet books. there really isnt an alternative. hmmm...maybe if we rename an animal to 'zippady-doo-dah'..that'll give the zebra a run for it's money in the alphabet books :)

So, which animal should that be i wonder.... a crocodile 'cos its teeth are like those of a zipper?.... a cheeter because it can 'zip' about really fast... or maybe an elephant because it would have trouble doing its zipper up (and it does a lot of 'doo'???)

I would call a lion 'Loud mouth' the monkey 'steroid' and the Zebra 'Striper'
