Too much homework!!!!!

I am in High School, and I just got home. I got into in school at 8:30 a.m. and left at 3:00 p.m. I had about 3 test, and a lot of class work as it is. When I get home to see what my homework is, I end up realizing that I had a lot!!! I had to write a 10 page report for science, 40 multiple choice for math, write a 4 page biography for science, and just read a bunch of packets. This is too much and the hours we spend at school is way too much to even give homework.

Well, it depends if you are in a good school with lots of expectation with them. It could be a torture chamber for you

I agree, wait until college, and you'll wish you were back in high school. Wait until you've started working and you'll wish you were back in college :)
I believe though that what you are learning now will greatly help you somewhere along the way, especially if you plan on getting a college degree. I am not saying you're going to recite the history of the world everyday, or identify molecules and atomic structures, but it helps to be well-read and knowledgeable about general information. You might just get lucky in a game show ;)

If you were in China, I think probably you would realize how lucky you are right now. Here the students have more homework and exams. It is endless. Here if you are in high school, you have to leave school at least after 5:30pm. Primary school pupils even can't leave school at 3pm. And if you study in high school, sometimes you also have to attend to the class at night for study. And the homework is so heavy. And in the weekends, you have to deal with attending to other classes for your study. The holiday is full of homework and reviews. It's quite tiring.

College is going to be much worse for you. If you think you have a lot of work now... Just wait! In college there's nobody telling you that you have stuff due on certain days, so everything is left up to you and if you can't get your stuff together you are going to have a lot of problems! You will deffinately need p manage your time better than you currently do and make sure you don't party too much.
