How can I increase traffic in my blog?

I have made a blog entitled 'Yasuragi on my Art.' I blog something about photography, film, poetry, anime there, but definitely, only some of my friends tend to view it. How can I increase traffic on it. Here is my blog http://7da811c2.linkbucks.com. Thanks!

Blogs are easier to promote than websites. however, self-hosted blogs outperform blogs hosted on free sites. you can read about advanteages of self-hosted niche blogs at: http://www.dir2submit.info

i think this is the greatest question for every blogger. this is also my question when i started. well, it helped when i joined blog communities like mylotblog and others. those communities give you exposure and hits. then, if lucky, they will also give you tips on how to build on the blog to make it more attractive to the readers. now, my blogs are attracting a little traffic, but i need more to be able to earn that much.
