clixsense upgrade, worth it or not?

i just upgraded my clixsense account last monday. and when i checked it boomed to 470 ads.i finished it in just the same day and i have 5 dollars. the next day i expected to have atleast 10-15 ads because i am upgraded, i deserve to have more than a standard. but when i opened it, it had only 1 ad. i thought OK maybe ill check the nextday which is today to see if there would be more. but when i checked now, it had 0 ads. ZERO. im like wtf? i upgraded for just a one hit wonder? i mean i know the affiliate program, but most people get there 10 dollars in 2 weeks-1 month just by clicking ads even here in the philippines. I am from the philippines, and i also understand that not all ads are available to international bla bla, but i need help to clarify things and IF i would get my 10 dollars back in a month or less like the other filipinos do.
