Is it possible to sail in see?

aside from passport, maybe a visa too? also, permit to sail and i think other documentation for the boat/yacht you're using.

hell0 there1 well, i guess that the passport would be your last problem, the last thing that you should worry about, because the most important thing for you if you really want to sail, is to buy a sailboat or at least to find and rent one and also you must know how to sail with it or if not you should also rent a captain! I think that sailing is really good idea/dream and someday I should also sail, if i have enough money to afford it, because sailing is something what makes people feel free and being in the wild. i have watched many broadcasts about sailing on documentary channels like discovery and national geographic and as I told you it is something really great and interesting but the most important thing is to find a sailboat and to learn how to sail with it, otherwise your dream can't come true!

You definitely need a boat! hehehe, Joke! you could ask the Marine authority in your country about that matter........
