Last week I was so ashamed with my co-worker because I'm the one who is preparing the payroll but the payroll that I made become questionable because I missed to include some tardy in minutes... due to that the payroll is delayed and my coworkers are complaining about it... and I am ashamed about it...
Have you experience like this and how did you manage it?

There is nothing like shame at workplace. We are working for our livelihood and job satisfaction not for feeling ashamed of. These things happen to anyone whose is in your place. It is a place to continuously learn and earn and improve our skill set. Mistakes are common. On such occasions one has to be cool and composed and be on the job fully.

Sweetie, you are human and therefor make mistakes. Nothing to be ashamed off. And if your co-workers can do it better without mistakes, let them do it then. TATA.
