windows explorer is not responding. What its cause?

I often have the problem in my windows 7 while the aps that i have opened stopped suddenly, after booting, and sometimes when i just click windows explorer icon it says windows explorer is not responding and then shown the task to choose close the program, restart, or wait till the program has respond . But I'm still don't know what is the right way to solve that problem .Did you know what is the cause and the solution? Thanks a lot

hey the problem is not with your computer but with that windows7 explorer. Iam thinking that maybe you downloaded a virus on your on your web browser thnif so your antivirus may not be working well you know? you might just visis a computer engineer in your area. i think your RAM is low so it can't handle to much task.. try upgrading your system or have a tune-up utility on it.. you can also try defraging your disks.. it can help sometimes.. but i think its about your specs.. the best way to solve your problem.. :) good luck.. :)

i think first of all if you have enough RAM you ust check for the tasks running behind the screen. may be there is a trojan or any other malicious software which is creating the problem. as this is a stable operating system and you should not face a problem in this way.

I often had problem too with my windows 7, my windows 7 often hang when I use some program. First caution are unstable driver, and second are the program itself had bug with windows 7. You can track your problem with windows event viewer, and troubleshoot your problem... Good luck...

There may be many causes. Your computer must not be having enough memmory, Your system might have been infected with some sorts of virus or you might be missing some windows file. There is a chance of some errors in the registry too. So check out these things and if still there is a problem with your computer then you can try to format or reinstall windows
