Yes, I prefer to sleep in day time. Because, my routine life is very busy. In morning I have to wake up very early, then make breakfast, wake up my husband, bed tea, wake my son, his milk, porridge, etc, serve breakfast, etc and etc. Too much of responsibility I have to do. I am totally tired after the morning work and Then I need to have a sleep in day time. This is my scheduled so I have to take sleep but it is not applied for everyone. So discuss your life and tell me the importance of sleeping in your life?

I much prefer sleeping at night. I don't really like sleeping during the day. The only time when I might sleep during the day is when I'm really, really sick and need the sleep, or something to that effect.

Sometimes I do sleep in day time. It's usually due to not getting enough sleep at night. And it is also not bad. A short nap is usually recommended (20-30 minutes) for short-term alertness. This type of nap provides significant benefit for improved alertness and performance without leaving you feeling groggy or interfering with nighttime sleep. Sleep is very important, lack of sleep is linked to increased risk for weight gain, depression, colon cancer, brst cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Experts agree that the best way to fight fatigue is to get enough sleep every night. But for some people, especially those who work long hours, have care giving responsibilities or work at night, this can be an ambitious goal. Even people who do get enough sleep regularly may feel the effects of the midday dip, especially after a heavy meal. Thanks.
