Which do you prefer? to be a leader or to be a follower....

To be a good leader, you must be a good follower. If you can not be a follower then you certainly can not lead a group. The final decision is made by the leader but without proper followers then activity or project it is fated to fail. Leaders have the responsibility because they make decisions but if the followers were not that good to follow instruction then I think it is not only the leader to be blamed. It is like the saying together we stand, divided we fall. In leadership there is power and like what the uncle of Spiderman said, with great power comes great responsibility.

Not all of us are born to be leader. I can say that it's a talent that only few people have. They're not envy the position of a leader but the power of ruling. Don't be confused, we're just human and sometimes we got lost.
