Good night sleep

Ever felt like you didnt have enough sleep? From experience, even though I have 8 or more hours of sleep, I feel so restless. I have a feeling that the causes are eating late, watching too much TV or too much computer. Does anyone have advice to have a goodnight sleep even though you have to sleep late? :(

better you reduce habits that make you restless during sleep. or maybe you could warm bath before bedtime, so your body fresh and comfortable while sleeping.

my problem is pretty much my schooling and work online so i actually have no option on that :( but im totally opposite, when i take a shower whether warm or cool/cold, it wakes me up HAHA. its weird lol.

if you can arrange everything you think, sure you can sleep soundly. it all depends on your habits.
