ive been proposed to a couple few times. been married and divorced now.. twice. give up on love? never! this third time around seems to be the Charm, and this has me so very giddy i had to share it with the rest of you. as most know by now, ive recently been released from hospital incarcerations after a very LONG illness that was finally diagnosed and tended to and im on the mend with leaps and bounds. thank the Gods. while the 15 day sentence was without a doubt the single most terrifying experience of my entire existance.. one moment in the nightmare shines through and will forever remain in my memory as one of the best. laying there sick.. REALLY sick.. and my man by my side. i was telling him to go. i didnt want him seeing me that way, having to deal with it, and being completely helpless to make anything better or different. he left at some point.. im not sure really when i was rather out of it at the time. only he returned later.. and sat down next to me again and slipped the most georgeous marquis cut diamond ring on my finger. stating very blatantly that even without the benefit of clergy and vows spoken.. for better or worse, sickness and health... he was going no where. so its official..
