It's actually been a long time since i went swimming, probably the last time I went swimming was when I was 10 and still at school, and they made the effort to make sure that all children had the chance to learn to swim, unfortunately, I never did get to learn to swim, I think I was put off after falling into the water during one lesson and I don't think the teacher noticed! However, after all these years, I'm hoping to try again and learn properly this time, as I really want to be able to swim as it very good exercise and probably the best form for your body. :)

Swimming is a good exercise. I do not know swimming but would like to learn. actually afraid of water. this fear should go first. The last time I entered a smimming pool was in March along with my collegues, when we went to a picnic to a place called Dream Valley. I entered swimming pool but stayed at the border/steps.

The last time i went swimming was yesturday. I live in Las Vegas and in the summertime its hard not to be in the pool with the intecne heat. I love to go swimming, infact i just love being in the water period! Its so relaxing to hold your head under and lose thought of your place on earth.

scuba diving - scuba diving in a fish sanctuary in Olango island, Lapu-lapu City, Philippines
I do swim, but not the professional swimmer type. I just swim for fun. Its really nice considering that its really a great way to exercise. But after I tried scuba diving, I got hooked in diving since I find it more enjoyable. When I am free during weekends, I always go diving with my friends. Here is the picture of my last dive, about 6 days ago...

I think that was last June when we went to EDSA Shangri-la Hotel when I enjoyed the 9 feet swimming pool. Too bad it was really rainy day to the extent that we need to move when the rain comes. I really want to learn and practice the different types of variations in swimming especially when it comes to stroke.

The last time I went swimming was a couple of months ago. I spent the summer abroad at my boyfriend's place (he's from Sweden), and once the weather was warm enough we went swimming in a lake near his town. I had been at beaches and swimming pools before, but I had never swam in a lake, and it was a really nice experience. The water was clean (if you don't count a little mud and leaves here and there), and there were even a couple of families of ducks swimming close to us... I'm looking really forward to doing it again next summer :)
