My Latest Dream Obviously Made My Hometown Team Win!

Let me explain:- Last night I had yet another strange dream..but funny in many ways. I dreamed that commentators for Blackpool v Nottingham Forest were ensconsed in their gantry awaiting the players to come out onto Blackpool's pitch, called Bloomfield Road. Whilst they were waiting a guy was out on the pitch cutting it whilst on some contraption that looked more like a roller than a lawnmower. As this guy was mowing wide lines down the pitch one of the commentators noted that there was lots of mud spewing from the back of the mower. The driver of the mower wasn't too bothered about this. Eventually, the mower came across a Coke tin. Instead of getting off the machine and moving the Coke tin the gardener decided to mow AROUND it, therefore creating a kink in the line. The commentators weren't happy about this and thought it was most unprofessional. Blackpool had already been criticised for a poorly maintained pitch and litter blowing across it from fans in the stands. What happened in real life you may ask? Well, the pitch in question actually looked OK. There wasn't as much litter blowing across it as last week and the lines were..well, proper lines as it HAD been mowed, funnily enough. Did Blackpool beat Nottingham Forest? They sure did! 2-1 and if they beat Forest in the return leg Wembley beckons against (either) Cardiff or Leicester City and if they get past THEM they shall be playing in the Premier League next season. PHEW! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloomfield_Road

The 2nd leg is on Tuesday night so I'll try to have the same dream on Monday night. I can't see it working though. As Mum said earlier on the phone, "you don't half have strange dreams" and that's from someone who suddenly went to the toilet and carried on TALKING to me at the same time. I could hear her weeing in the background. She said, "it suddenly came over me and at least I'm not having a plop!" Nice!

Well, the pair of us are in extremely good moods at the moment because our home Town has defeated Nottingham Forest to get to the Play-Off Final in WEMBLEY against...Hmmm, I really don't care at the moment! Bring on Leicester OR Cardiff, I'm not that bothered!
