03 chevy Multiple/random cylinder misfire.

I have an 03 chevy with 88,000 miles. Changed spark plugs and wires, new fuel filter, new air filter, new mass airflow sensor, new fuel regulator. The truck idols fine but when you put a load on the truck the engine light flashes and the truck looses power. need help.
