which type fruits most vitamins and proteins

Hi my lot friends, Recently I have recover from sick. I want to maintain good health. I want to give daily food item I want to have only fruits . is it good ? In which fruits most vitamins and proteins available?

the apples have the most vitamins and the bananas.. try them

Apples and bananas are two of the best fruits that you can eat. If you want some more vitamin C you can eat oranges. It is also good to eat vegetables.

no it not good ,bcouz over body requires more vitamins than the fruits.only fruits cannot fulfill your body requirement .

blueberries have the most antioxidants. fruits are not a good source of protein though. if you want protein i suggest eating something that isn't a fruit. peanuts or almonds are a good and healthy source of protein.
